Return Policy
Return Window
A new Guitar can be returned within 28 days of receipt. This 28 day period commences the day after your order has been shipped.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs,  Unless the item was damaged as a result of shipping.
  • They are received back at our Returns Department normally within 28 days. This 28 day period commences the day after your order has been shipped. Please see Return Instructions for details on the returns process.
  • They have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn and must include the original packaging, labelling and Returns Form located at the bottom of the Packing List (enclosed with the delivered goods). Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customized products.
Refunds
Buyer receives a full refund less any shipping costs and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Special Conditions:
Items sold as DEMO, OPEN BOX, PROTOTYPES are not subject to return.

DEMO are as described as: 
A DEMO is a guitar that has been used to by numerous people who want to explore a Gruene Guitar prior to purchase.
As a result many hands have touched the guitar, used the guitar, and may have made adjustments to the guitar with or
without the knowledge of Gruene Guitars staff. While we do go through the setup prior to shipping the guitar, no returns are
offered for these products. 

Open Box: 
Open Box the guitar has been out of the case and may have been shown or someone could have picked up and played the guitar.
We do not offer a the return policy for guitars marked Open Box. 

Prototypes are as described as:

A prototype is an incomplete version of a physical or digital product, to be taken into user
testing. Crucially, prototypes enable comprehensive user research to determine the
product's value, proposition and quality ahead of release, instead of bringing to market a
product with flaws or misunderstandings. Further A prototype is a draft version of a product
that allows you to explore ideas and show the intention behind a feature or the overall design.
